fulfilling breakfast with my special "Alachi tea " of the day
Once breakfast was savored and shared, my mother-in-law and I indulged in some well-deserved gossip, savoring each other's company with tea. However, our tranquility was soon interrupted by the arrival of my little one, armed with her art supplies, and a request to draw something she called "Aka Aki." Her creative endeavors always manage to surprise and amaze us, and we eagerly joined her at the dining table for some artistic fun.

Here my daughter was trying to draw and doing some weird activities which made us laugh.
As the clock ticked on, it was time to get back to our daily tasks. I gave my little one a bath, attended to some pending work, and attempted to keep her entertained with cartoons on TV. Yet, she had a different plan in mind, continually pestering me with her diverse demands. Her latest obsession is applying nail polish, a habit she picked up from watching her "khalamoni" do it. So, I found myself applying nail polish with precision and patience. And I got emotional and tried to make me convince that- She is growing up and yes this is so fast .
It was her first time applying nail polish.
After a fulfilling lunch, I tucked my little one into bed for a quick nap and unintentionally dozed off myself. When we finally awoke up , it was already late afternoon. My husband had been in the town for several days for his office work, so after he returned from the office, we decided to make the most of the evening. The three of us headed out for an impromptu "Ghuraghuri" or a short outing.

Our initial plan was to visit "Babuland" for some indoor playtime, but the traffic thwarted our intentions. Instead, we made our way to Domino's in Banani. We shared delicious food and created new memories, returning home around 9.30 PM.
Sudden plan is always best especially when they involve enjoying some pizza slices.
Thinking about this simple yet wonderful day, I'm reminded of how special family moments at home can be. Today was all about appreciating the little things: a homemade breakfast, chatting with my mother-in-law, sharing giggles and silly stories with her, watching my baby daughter's grow with creative adventures, and finally, spending an evening out with my loved ones.
End of a satisfying day.
These ordinary days are what truly make life extraordinary and worth cherishing for many more days to come.
