And I always try to make new recipes.That's why today I made another new recipe. Bean sprouts are delicious when cooked like this.I learned this recipe from my mother.This recipe is as delicious as it looks. This recipe is as delicious as it looks. - Taki fish
- Bean sprouts
- Tomato
- Onion
- Green Chilli
- Turmeric Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Cumin Powder
- Garlic Bata
- Cilantro
- Oil
- Salt
- First I put a pot on the stove and fry it for a while with chopped onions and green chillies with enough oil.
- Then when the onions and chilies are fried, I add garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder and salt in it and mix it well and saute it for a while.When the masala was ground, I added a small amount of water and waited for a while for the water to thicken.
- Then I covered the fish with a lid and shook it well with the washed fish in the water.
- After some time I saw that the fishes were chopped and then I removed them from the masala and put them in a bowl.
- After that, I put the washed bean seeds in the spices, then shake it well and cover it with a lid and drain the bean seeds for a while.
- After a while I lifted the lid and saw that the bean seeds were almost harvested Then I added the chopped tomatoes to it and then again covered it with a lid and sauteed it for a while.
- After a while, I lifted the lid and saw that the tomato and bean seeds had been harvested. Then I put the grated fish in it and after that add enough water and keep it aside for about 15 to 20 minutes with a lid.
- After 15 to 20 minutes, I lifted the lid and saw that the curry was almost done, then I added coriander leaves and left it for a while and took it off the stove. This is how the delicious recipe of bean bichi with taki fish was prepared.
