Introduction |

The natural cover around us which helps us to live our lives easily is called environment. We get all the resources from the environment which are necessary for a living being to live. The environment has gifted us air, water, food, favorable environment etc. We all have always used the resources of the environment to the fullest and the environment has played a major role in our development today.
The environment includes all those natural resources which help us in many ways and surround us from all sides. It gives us a better way to grow and develop, it provides us everything that is necessary to live on this planet. Our environment also expects some help from us so that we can be nurtured, our life can continue and never get destroyed. Day by day we are rejecting the natural elements due to technological disaster.
In the whole universe, there is life only on earth. For years, every year 05th June is celebrated as World Environment Day all over the world to spread awareness among people as well as for environmental cleanliness and protection.

We all have to correct our mistake and give up selfishness and make the environment more and more better . A person can make a big change and stop environmental degradation. Air and water pollution causes various types of diseases and disorders which endanger our lives.
Effects of Environmental Pollution |

Nothing can be said to be good for health in today's time. The food we eat is already affected by the bad effects of artificial fertilizers, which weakens the immunity of our body , which helps the body to fight diseases caused by microorganisms.
Therefore, any one of us can fall ill anytime even if we are healthy and happy. The movement of urbanization and industrialization by mankind developed medical, industrial and social sectors but converted the natural landscape into concrete buildings and roads. Our dependence on natural landscapes for food and water is so high that we cannot survive without protecting these resources.
Measures for Environmental Protection |

Through small steps taken by every person living on earth, we can protect the environment in a very easy way. We should reduce the amount of waste and throw the waste material where it belongs. Plastic bags should not be used and instead of throwing away old things, we should use them in a new way.

Due to urbanization, industrialization and our behavior towards nature, environmental pollution is a major problem of the world and its solution is possible only with the continuous efforts of everyone. We should actively participate in the campaign of World Environment Day.
