Yes, I often have to make ice cream. Especially on hot days. Since my children love ice cream very much, ice cream is their special weakness. What can I say about children? I myself love ice cream very much. My experience of making ice cream is different. The first time I learned to make ice cream from my aunt. The first time I made ice cream was completely frozen. Later, I carefully followed the recipe given by my aunt to make ice cream. Since then, everyone has liked the ice cream I made. Now I can make all kinds of ice cream. So now I am very good at making ice cream. The most interesting thing is that my son starts eating the ice cream 😋 before it freezes. It is very funny. This fact of his encourages me a lot to make ice cream. The interesting thing is that my whole family becomes a child just by looking at ice cream. Ha-ha-ha. The experience of making ice cream is very enjoyable.
🍨Creamy chocolate ice cream is my favorite. When I put it in my mouth, the creamy taste of milk and chocolate on my palate and tongue makes me settle down. So today I am sharing my favorite creamy chocolate ice cream.
🧾Ingredients and quantity for making chocolate ice cream.
- First, pour milk into a pan and sift it with cocoa powder and cornflour. Now mix the mixture well with sugar.
- Mix all the ingredients well with the help of a hand whisk.
- Now put it on the stove and cook on medium heat and keep stirring continuously. When the mixture boils, reduce the heat. Stirring cannot be stopped.
- When the mass is ready, remove it from the stove. Remove it from the stove and stir the solution until it cools. If you leave it in the rest, it will coat the top and the ice cream will not be good. Once it cools, you need to keep it aside.
In a bowl, beat one cup of whipped cream on medium speed for 2 minutes. The cream of the ice cream cannot be hardened. It will have a creamy texture.
- When it becomes creamy, add the chocolate mixture here. Beat again on medium speed. After beating for a while, add one-fourth of a spoon of chocolate emulsion here. It is strong, so you only need to add a little.
- When the well-beaten mixture becomes creamy, you will know that the ice cream is ready. Now put it in a box. And close the box well so that no ice falls into it. I will put the mixture in the freezer for 8 to 10 hours.
- After freezing, a very delicious, creamy chocolate ice cream is made. Just the way I like it.
Decorate with colorful sugar balls and chocolate for serving and delicious chocolate ice cream is ready.
I have no difficulty in making delicious ice cream. I enjoyed making it. And it is a dairy product. It is a healthy dessert for the human body. Besides, chocolate ice cream is very much liked by every member of my family. And I like to make family favorite desserts. Especially if my son has a little chocolate stuck somewhere, he will lick it with his fingers. Haha. It makes me laugh a lot. Even though I am very busy, it is very enjoyable for me to make ice cream according to my taste.
