Greeting my dear friends. Welcome to my new recipe post. In the current winter season, people of our country love winter pithas very much, so today I will share with you the recipe for making Vhapa pitha. It was made in my village house and I made it myself from there, so I am sharing the method of making Vhapa pitha that I made in the morning.

Date molasses | Coconut | Rice flour |
In a bowl, take the most important ingredient for making pitha, rice flour, and mix some salt into the rice flour.
Then mix some water into the rice flour mixed with salt.
Rice flour mixed with water and salt Now mix these three ingredients well.
Now in another bowl, strain the rice flour through a mesh sieve and separate the soft rice flour for making pitha.
Now, in a clay stove, take some water in a pot, light a fire in the clay stove, heat the water, and cover the pot with a lid.
Now, in a small clay pot, place the soft dough according to the size of the pot.
Then mix some coconut on the rice flour in the clay pot.
Then, the rice flour and coconut placed on the clay sheet are evenly distributed according to the size of the pot.
Again, mix some date molasses on the rice flour and coconut kept on a small earthen pot.
Now add some more rice flour on top of the rice flour, coconut and date molasses.
Then, place rice flour, coconut, date molasses, and rice flour again evenly on the clay pot according to the specific size of the clay pot.
Now I use a net to keep the various ingredients for the pitha, which are kept in small clay pots, in the heat of hot water on the stove.
Now place the small clay pot for making pitha, surrounded by a net, on the lid of the hot water so that the pitha in the clay pot is cooked by the heat of the water.
Leave the pitha wrapped in a net on the lid of the pot of water for some time so that the pitha stays in the heat of the water for a longer time.
Now, cover the pitha placed on top of the pot of water with a lid for some time so that the pitha is cooked well in the heat of the water.
After boiling the cake in hot water for more than five minutes, remove the lid.
After the water has heated up the pitha, I will carefully look at the pitha and see if it is cooked properly.
Once the pitha is well cooked in the water, I will remove it from the heat of the water and serve the pitha in a bowl in front of everyone.

Hello sister, how are you? Thank you very much for sharing with us various ingredients for making a beautiful pie through your post. I really like that you have shown each and every ingredient for making this pita separately, which shows that anyone can make pita very easily. And this pie is really my favorite. Especially in winter, these pithas are made in almost every house in Bangladesh. I have eaten my mother's hand pies a few days ago. And seeing your cake brought back those memories. Stay well, ma'am your photography is really admirable.
