Today I will share with you a very interesting Bengali recipe. This is the recipe for Thankuni leaf stuffing. I like to eat any stuffing. Stuffed vegetables go great with hot rice. And the leaf stuffed vegetable that I will be making today is very nutritious. It tastes good when made with potatoes. Of course, it can also be made with fish. And it tastes much better if the stuffed recipe is a little more spicy. I have tried to present the whole recipe to you. Hope you like it.‌ So let's get started.

Necessary Materials

Thankuni leaf
Potato
Onion
Dried chili
Salt
Mustard oil

Step - 1

First, I cleaned and washed the potatoes thoroughly. Then, I put the potatoes in a pot with enough water. Now, I boiled the potatoes.

I heated a generous amount of oil in a pan and then fried the dried chilies in it.

I peeled the boiled potatoes and put them in a bowl.

Now I took a bowl of salt and chopped onion. I ground the roasted dried chilies into powder.

I mixed everything together well with the potatoes.

Then I put the thankuni leaves here. I chopped the thankuni leaves into small pieces.

I mixed the leaves well with the potatoes and mixed them together. Finally, I mixed everything again with a generous amount of mustard oil.
