Recipe for cooking pumpkin leaves with fish head

Chilli

Step - 1

First I cut and washed the pumpkin leaves. I have kept the hard data separate with the potatoes.And I kept the soft ones with the pumpkin leaves.

Step - 2

The head of the fish was too big so I cut it into a few pieces. Now I added some salt, turmeric powder and chili powder. Then I mixed everything well.

Step - 3

Now I fried the fish heads in a pan.

Step - 4

When the fish heads are fried, I heat mustard oil in another pan. Then I fried onions and green chillies in it.

Step - 5

Then I added garlic paste and salt.

Step - 6

Then I added turmeric powder and chili powder.

Step - 7

After adding all kinds of spices, I cooked them for quite some time.

Step - 8

Then I gave the hard data and the potatoes there. It will take some time to boil them, so I have given them in advance.

Step - 9

I gave enough water to boil.

Step - 10

Then I gave pumpkin leaves. It doesn't take long to boil so I put it a little later.

Step - 11

Finally, I gave the fried fish head. I have finished cooking like this.
