The recipe that I will share with you today is a small fish recipe. We call these small fish mala fish. They are very beneficial for our body. These fish can be cooked in many ways. But one thing to keep in mind is that in any cooking of this fish, pepper should be used in a little more quantity. The recipe I am sharing today is small fish recipe with olives. Now is the season of olives. Olives don't last long. Its season ends very soon.In this recipe, when the sourness of the olives spreads throughout the recipe, it tastes really delicious. The recipe is perfect with hot rice. Hope you like this recipe. So let's get started.

Necessary Materials

small mola fish
olive
chili paste
Garlic paste
Tomato paste
Chop onion
salt
turmeric powder
coriander leaves

Step - 1

First I cleaned the belly of the small fish. I have taken out the dirt from the stomach of all the fishes. Then I washed everything thoroughly in clean water. Cleaning and washing the stomachs of small fishes is a lot of trouble and takes a lot of time.

Then I heat some mustard oil in a pan. After that, I gave the amount of chopped onion there. When the onion gets fried a little, I add salt.

Then I gave quantity of turmeric powder. Then I added chili paste. Here I have used seasoned chilli batter. As if the color of the recipe is beautiful and it is good to eat. A little more pepper is required in such recipes.

Then add the amount of garlic paste and tomato paste you gave.

Then everything was shaken and mixed very well. Then I cooked the spices for some time.

Now I gave here the small fishes that were cut, washed and cleaned. Then I slowly mixed the fish with the spices. Small fish are very soft and are likely to break, so stir gently.

Then I gave enough water here. That is, as much as possible is needed for them to be perfected. I will not put too much broth here. I will cook it with a little masking.

When the water comes down a bit, I put olives in it. Here I cut the olives into small pieces and separate the olive seeds.I didn't put the olives here, just cut the rest into small pieces.This will infuse the sourness of the olives throughout the recipe and make it more palatable.

Then when the broth reduces a little more, I will chop some coriander leaves and take it off the stove. The flavor of cilantro is also very good in any recipe.
