How are you all friends? I hope you are well and healthy by the grace of God. I am also fine by the grace of Allah and the love of all of you. When different types of fish are brought together we call them panchmishali fish. As these fishes look beautiful, there are many different types of fishes and these fishes are very tasty to eat even after cooking. Small fish are good to eat but when there are different types of fish it tastes a little different. Small fish are available especially in rural areas. Many of us don't like to eat small fishes because small fishes have more thorns but small fishes have soft bones and they are easy to eat.

garlic paste
turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Soybean oil
salt
First, we cut the belly of the fish one by one and took out the dirt. Now we washed and cleaned the fish.
Now I took the fish in the pot in which I will cook it and added all the spices. If the masala is given, I add soybean oil and salt.
I rubbed the fish well with the spices and left it for a while.
After leaving it for a while, add a little water inside the masa, otherwise the spices will burn.
Now the fishes are squeezed well for a while. Do not move too much, otherwise the small fishes will break.
I added a little water along with this masi when it was grated.
When the water dried up, I took it down and finished cooking my small fish here.
