How are you all friends? I hope you are well and healthy by the grace of God. I am also fine with the grace of Allah and the love of all of you. Winter days are coming slowly. Winter means the time to eat all the fun foods. Any food is more pleasant to eat during winter, especially the fun of eating duck meat during winter. Eating duck meat during winter makes our body feel much hotter because the spice given in duck meat warms the body. Duck meat is one of my favorite foods. While duck meat is fun to eat, it is also very beautiful to cook. The color of the duck meat is slightly different due to the duck spices inside the duck. There is a special masala available in the market for making Hasana which we call garam masala. Almost everyone likes to eat duck.

bay leaf
cinnamon
cardamom
Chilli
garlic paste
Half a cup
turmeric powder
Chilli powder
garam masala
Soybean oil
salt
The duck meat should be cleaned well and cut into small pieces and then cleaned and washed.
Now I will add chopped onion, ginger paste and garlic paste inside the meat.
I will add all the spices required for cooking the meat and add garam masala powder for the duck.
Here I add some bay leaves, cardamom and cinnamon to cook the duck meat.
Now I will knead everything well with my hands so that the meat and spices are mixed together.
Now put the meat on the stove and mash well so that everything is mixed together.
If it is grated well, here I will add enough water so that the meat is cooked well.
When the meat is cooked I will serve it nicely in a bowl.
