Thank you for posting. We call it Kadbel, where I grew up next to my house. I have known it since I turned 26. I eat the bell of that tree; it is delicious when it is raw, and I make a paste with chilli inside the leaves. And when it is ripe, we make bharta with sugar and pepper and eat it.
