Betterlife - The Diary Game | 13 September, 2024 | Met a beautiful cat in our yard.

Hello everyone, I'm going to share a diary about my wonderful weekend activities. Friday is a government holiday in our country, so this day is a bit different from other days of the week. So after waking up in the morning, I found a special in breakfast. My mother can make various types of pitha. She never misses making any kind of pitha for us. And that day it was the delicious pua pitha.

It's rare to find someone in our country who doesn't know pua pitha. It's as delicious to eat as it is looks very beautiful. Since it was a holiday, I didn't have much work pressure. I usually chill out a bit on this day and take a short trip with my friends if I get the chance. I went out for a while and on the way I met our neighbor's pet cat.

Cats are very innocent, you can't help but love them when you see them. If you look at the picture, you'll see that it had a bell around its neck and when the cat shook its head, a beautiful sound came out of the bell.

Anyway, meeting the cat made my day. After returning home, I took a shower, wore a panjabi and got ready to go to the mosque because I had to offer Jumma prayers.

Although it was sunny in the morning, the sky was getting cloudy from noon. I had planned to go to the market in the afternoon to buy fabric for a panjabi for the upcoming Milad un Nabi (Prophet Muhammad's birthday) but due to the rain I got the chance to go out only after evening. I visited a fabric store that sold very good quality fabric by the yard.

I decided to make a panjabi with white fabric. The shopkeeper showed me different types of white fabrics, among which I felt that the soft fabric would be comfortable for me. I bought about 2¼ yards of fabric for my panjabi. After some bargaining, I bought the whole fabric for 800 taka/39 STEEM.

From the fabric store, I went straight to a tailor I know. I had only 3 days and no one else could make a better panjabi than him in such a short time. He took my body measurements and gave me a receipt. He requested me to increase his wages as he would be making my panjabi in a short time.

He fixed his wages at 400 taka/19 STEEM which I had to pay on the day I received the panjabi. I am very excited for the upcoming Milad un Nabi celebration. It was night when I returned home. Then I finished my prayers and had dinner.
