Recently, I faced a serious problem in my online banking wallet. Nowadays, everyone is using online banking for various transactions instead of cash. I also do most of my transactions digitally and I find it more secure and convenient.

That morning when I tried to log into my bKash wallet to check my transactions. I saw a message pop up saying that my account had been inactivated. My bKash account is almost 7 years old and I've never faced such a problem before.

I was quite in tension because keeping my bKash active is very important to me, as I make several online transactions. I tried calling customer care several times but couldn't get through as the customer service line was always busy.

Without wasting any more time, I went to a local bKash agent. I know that the agent offered various online banking services, I thought they might be able to help, so I explained my problem to him and asked for a solution.

The agent informed me that many bKash users who had recently updated the app were facing account login issues. He suggested me that I visit the customer service center in person to resolve the problem. I would need to bring a copy of my photo and NID card.

The customer service center was quite far, so I decided to go the next day. I got a photocopy of my NID from the agent and left the shop. Since I had some time before lunch so I decided to have some snack.

I ordered some singara and samosa with tomato sauce. I hadn't had these food in a long time and It's fried food so I try to avoid them frequently. The total bill came to 20 taka/1.2 STEEM.

After paying the bill, I headed out to meet someone who is our scrap broker. On my way back home, I noticed some young people doing calligraphy on a wall. They were creating various awareness and patriotic messages which was quite impressive.

After observing their work for a while, I went home. In the evening, my mother informed me that her medicine was running low so I went to the market to buy some more. There's a shop I usually go to that sells medicines both wholesale and retail. Being a regular customer, I often get a small discount which always encourages me to visit this store whenever I need any kind of medicine.

After buying the medicine, I started walking through the market. Our local market is so big and crowded that it takes a long time to get through. As I was passing by the fruit stalls, I saw a vendor selling bananas from his van. These were a cheaper variety called Shagor Bananas. I bought a dozen for 70 taka/3.5 STEEM which seemed like a fair price.

It was almost evening so I headed home. The rest of the evening was as usual like other days of my routine. After offering my evening prayers and having dinner, I spent some time browsing social media before going to sleep.
