Sometimes different types of food have a positive effect on my mood. Sometimes I want to eat sweet food and sometimes I want to eat spicy food. However, the taste of food completely changes depending on the mood. Since it is winter, I do not like to eat sweet food very much, so I like to make spicy food. So, in accordance with my mood, I will make a pakora recipe with you today.

The process of making it is very easy, I am sharing it with you step by step. Today, I will make and show you cabbage pakora.
The ingredients that I used to make this pakora recipe are,

Step 1
First, I will cut the cabbage into small pieces and also cut the carrot into small pieces.
Step 2,
After cutting, wash the vegetables well and drain the water.
Step 3,
Now add an egg on top of the cabbage and carrots.
Step 4,
Now add chopped onion and chopped chili. The amount of chili should be as spicy as you like.
Step 5,
Now add spices like coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, turmeric powder.
Step 6,
Once all the spices are added, mix them well together.
Step 7,
Now add rice powder and cornflour.
Step 8,
Once these two ingredients are mixed together, add flour and a little soy sauce at the end.
Step 9,
Now mix all the spices together well and marinate them.
Step 10,
Now heat the soybean oil in a frying pan.
Step 11,
When the oil is hot, I will take out the marinated cabbage little by little and drop it in the oil in a round shape.
Step 12,
Now I will wait for a while and when one side is done, I will flip it over.
Step 13,
When the bankuras turn brown and the vegetables inside are cooked, I will remove them. The stove should be on medium heat so that the vegetables inside are cooked.
Step 14,
Once the pakoras are fried, I will serve them on a plate. This dish is as healthy as it is delicious.

Anda menyebutnya pakora....dan setelah saya membaca apa saja bumbunya jadi saya paham apa itu pakora, kalau di tempat saya namanya bakwan dan itu sangat enak sekali apalagi di nikmati saat cuaca dingin.
Tapi saya tidak pernah nemambahkan ketumbar atau pun bumbu kunyit, karena saya tidak terlalu suka banyak campuran rempah
