Promoting Steem in my local area by attending my first meet-up event
Yesterday on September 4th we completed our first meet-up. About this meet up we posted an announcement where we mentioned that this meet up will be held on 2nd but due to inclement weather we moved it to 4th September 2024. Today I will share with you some memories of that meet up and what we did.
We reach our predetermined location with interest. Our location was a tourist spot. Many re every day. I had already contacted a restaurant here. So we went straight to the restaurant for today's meet-up. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor settings. After everyone assembled in the restaurant we started our main events.
We are all formally introduced to each other. After the introduction phase, we moved from outdoors to inside the restaurant.

Then we order lunch and chat with each other. I also use markers to mention @pennsif Witness support on our t-shirts. Our t-shirt collection was handled by @abul-rakib, he helped me with great sincerity.
I got enough time to write on each t-shirt and after writing we were served lunch. Our lunch menu today was:
- Chicken Rice
- eggs
- Mix pickles
- Salad
- Borahhani
- Colddrinks

After lunch we all rest for a while.
Then we take photos. There were seven of us in total and one guest. We all show and capture photos of our previously printed Steem promotional activities.

Another main objective of our meet-up was to promote Steem. On this occasion I give a new user complete idea about steemit. I welcome her to the steemit platform and teach her all the rules of writing an achievement one post. He submitted the Achievement-1 post within four to five hours. Below I am attaching that use new user's achievement-1 post. I give the user some content writing rules about Steemit's different keys and markdown. She listens to me with great interest and sincerity.

After that we walk for a while and do some photography. We have lots of funny stories and laughs. We had a great time and will cherish our memories for a long time. We all go to a nearby children's park and sit on sleepers and do some photography. It was both exciting and adventurous.

Then we distribute greetings gifts. We gave everyone a pen as a welcome gift with our platform name on it.
The last event we had was to record our feelings. I prepared a diary for this meet-up beforehand and took the feedback of everyone present on how they felt after coming here. Below I present to you the sentimental speech written by each user.

It felt very good to witness a happy moment of life. I enjoyed talking and making friends with everyone. Especially never forgetting our little guest.
