Without wasting much time let us start with the questions asked in this competition.

Today I have brought a recipe for you which all of you will like. We all make many types of rice and even outside we get many types of rice. Today I am telling you how to make spicy rice with egg and vegetables. Actually, I was making egg rice yesterday. But then I thought of making rice in a different way, so I used some vegetables along with eggs and prepared a wonderful egg vegetable rice which I am sharing with you today.

Tomato | 3 |
Green chilly | as needed |
green coriander | as needed |
peppermint | as needed |
tuvar | as needed |
ginger-garlic paste | 3 tsp |
Potato | 1 |
Cumin | 1 tsp |
Oil | as needed |
chilli powder | 3 tsp |
coriander powder | 4tsp |
turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
Salt | 2 tsp |
Spices | 1 tsp |
Egg Pulao Masala | 1 packet |
Water | as needed |
First of all we have to pour water in a vessel. We have to add cumin and some oil in it. When the water becomes hot enough, we have to wash the rice thoroughly with water and add it. Let it be for a while. When the rice boils well and gets cooked, we have to take it out.
After that we have to finely chop the onion in a cutter machine. After that we have to chop tomato, green chili, green coriander and mint and keep them aside.
Now we have to pour oil in a vessel. After that we have to add chopped onion. Then we have to add ginger-garlic paste. Then we have to add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Let us stay for a while. So that all the ingredients are cooked well. Then we have to take three eggs.
We have to break the eggs and add them. Then we have to mix them and cook for some time. After that we have to add all the spices and mix well. Now we have to add toor and potatoes also.
Now we have to cook by adding some water so that the toor and potatoes get cooked properly. We have to cook until all the water evaporates and all the ingredients are cooked well. After that we have to add boiled rice and then we have to add green coriander and mint. After that we have to cover the lid and let it remain on low flame for some time. In this way we have to prepare egg vegetable rice. So here this egg vegetable rice is ready.

This egg vegetable rice is as good to eat as it looks. I made this for the first time at home. I make egg rice. But I don't add toor and potatoes. But I made this by pouring it for the first time. But it was really very well made. I and everyone in my house liked it very much. After eating this, I felt that I should definitely make it a second time. If any guest comes to our house and we prepare this and feed it to the guest, then the guest will also praise our food.
