Hello #Steemit Stale. How are you all.
I am Maria Oishy. I use the username @oishymaria on #Steemit.
I am from #Bangladesh among you.
Youth is the most beautiful stage of life.Adolescence is the ideal moment to go on a self-discovery journey. People learn about their own incredible power on this journey, thus it has to be acknowledged and appreciated. The adolescent years are a period for inquiry, which may include examining one's identity and goals. Each of us has the capacity to complete their own assignment. Each of us must unleash the power that is inside, recognize our skills, and realize our full potential.
Today I am going to discuss the main topic of the contest how to cure youth from drug addiction.
What do you think are the main reasons for youth to become addicted to drugs? |
---|
The main causes of young people becoming addicted to drugs are their awareness that they are teens, as well as the fact that many individuals do so in order to relieve stress, boredom, curiosity, belong to a specific group, and ease pain.
Young adulthood may be a period for rash, stupid decisions. Now could be the moment to live, no matter the repercussions. As a result, this is the time when many young people first experiment with alcohol and drugs.
Some teenagers and young adults are educated that abusing alcohol and drugs is acceptable. It is idealized in films, sung about by their favorite singers, and advertised on television. There is a medication for everyone who is depressed, has trouble sleeping, or has a headache. Our young view drugs similarly because of the "pill cures all" mindset that permeates our culture. Young people are therefore more likely to develop a drug addiction.
What is the extent of drug addiction in your society? Do you think it's important to prevent drug addiction among youth?
As more people become addicted to drugs by accident or by imitating their friends, the prevalence of drug addiction in our culture is rising daily. Teenagers frequently engage in short drug experiments. When drug use and desire become obsessive or difficult to control despite consequences, the condition is known as addiction. Most individuals start using drugs freely, but brain changes might make it tougher for addicts to regulate their drug desires. Because those who have recovered from substance use disorders still run the danger of relapsing years down the road, drug addiction is referred to be a "relapsing" disease. These brain changes might have long-term consequences.
They tend to hang out in areas where illegal drugs could be sold. They are skipping extracurricular activities and failing their classes. They're quarrelling with their pals. They become reclusive or more solitary. They seem to have been self-medicated at home.
How can you encourage them to make healthy choices and what steps do you think would be effective to save them? |

Recognizing the awful reality of drug usage is actually vital. The problem is that a sizable portion of our youngsters start potentially risky and addictive behaviors at such a young age and do it fully on their own in front of their parents. We'd like to think that occurrences of this kind are uncommon. Early drug usage in our children is frequently related to elements like peer pressure and school-based testing. We do not want to learn too much about our kids' drug usage or engagement. However, it occurs rather frequently. Before teenage drug use becomes a major issue, parents and educators must understand the causes. Protecting our children from heroin addiction requires immediate action. Important information must be gathered. The problem at hand cannot be avoided. It's critical to bear in mind how rapidly events might get out of hand.
It is widely seen that young adults and teens utilize the internet. They are more likely to develop dependencies or addictions than older people because of their youth. People frequently begin a task from which they can never return. They'll need our assistance. It is our duty to provide them with the tools they need to beat their addiction.
I would like to invite my fellows @aurin @tasrin94 @fatemamarketing @sumayaorin
My friend, there is only one way to save young people from drugs, as well as all people. Quite simply, the use of drugs should be made legal. Why am I saying this? Because everything is based on the supply and demand side. Demand requires the consumer, but the supply side requires the sphere that has a business interest in it. However, drugs are expensive because both their use, possession and distribution are considered serious crimes according to the criminal code of most countries. In business life, small risk means small income, big risk means huge income. If the law enforcement agencies were not interested in the drug, there would not be a supply side for it, and it would not be such a big profit that it would be worth dealing with it. This is my view.
I think everyone has their own opinion. And every doctrine is different. You present the doctrine as your understanding of drugs. I respect your opinion. But in my opinion, medicine should never be given up. Because drug information will never bring anything good to our society. A drug addict's brain is damaged, so he can no longer be called a healthy person. A person with mental retardation cannot bring anything good to society, so in my opinion alcohol should be strictly suppressed in all societies in all states and should start with itself.
