Thanks for writing such a nice article on dab. One of my favorite foods is dab. It helps control 'bad' cholesterol levels in the blood and increase 'good' cholesterol levels. The fiber content of the shell is very high. So, if consumed regularly, a moderate amount of bay leaves helps in keeping the colon clean.
