Recipe||How I made delicious beef bharta ....

Here's what I used to make it: |

Step one: |

First I took three pieces of beef. Then I cut the pieces of meat into small pieces. Then I tried to blend the sliced beef first. But it wasn't happening. So I minced the beef cut into small pieces. When the beef was almost well minced, I took it to a bowl.

Then I cut onions round in the frypan. I cut two big garlics and chopped a piece of ginger. I took five green chillies and 5 dry chillies. I took everything as in the picture. Then I added a teaspoon of turmeric and salt in quantity.

Then put a mug of water in the frying pan on medium heat. Mix well the minced beef and the spices. Then stir the minced beef every now and then. When the beef mince was cooked well and all the spices were well mixed with the meat, I increased the heat and drained the water from the meat.
Step Four: |

Then I gave it again with the meshed beef. Then I took the cooked beef again. When the masala and beef batter were fine then I took them in a clean bowl.

When the beef bharta was done, I took the pot and then put mustard oil in that bharta. I smeared the bharta well with mustard oil .Then after the beef bharta was done I made small balls .And I took a selfie with the bharta .
