Three days ago I made an announcement to organize a meeting in the community. Yesterday Friday night 9 we all attended that meeting. It was a wonderful time for us. About 19 of us users gathered in an online meeting where we discussed some important things from the admin panel and took some suggestions from the users to move the community forward.
That's why I thank everyone who attended the online meeting. Also, to those who could not attend, you must read this post carefully, then you will know everything that happened in our meeting.

First I welcomed everyone and talked about the topics specified earlier. I have talked about each of the above issues separately.
We asked each user to improve the quality of the post and talked about what they should look out for in the post. Many users can't use titles and tags correctly, so I tried to give some guidelines to them. Every user is encouraged to build up their own account. I encouraged everyone to join the club and also tried to encourage them to participate in the Burnsteem25 campaign.
Then I tried to give everyone more guidelines and asked everyone to increase their engagement in the community.
After that, another admin of our community, @ripon0630, told everyone about some more important things. Everyone was asked to be active in the community. He said to properly participate in the contests that are held in the community.
He then encouraged everyone to participate in the Engagement Challenge as well as powering up everyone. And encouraged everyone to support the community to increase the power of the community account. He gave many more such important guidelines.
Our other two moderators @solaymann and @mostofajaman spoke separately and they gave some important guidelines to everyone separately. They told everyone to let them know if any kind of assistance is needed, they are always aware of it. And they told everyone to check the reviewed posts if any direction is given.
After that, we heard some guidelines from two reputed users of Bangladesh @rex-sumon and @moh.arif. They shared their experiences with us. They told us many important things and gave some direction to everyone. They encouraged everyone to power up, create good-quality posts and increase engagement. All their guidelines were very important for all of us.
Answer & Question part: After finishing everything we left to ask some questions from the users. Then one of the users assures us that they understand everything and they will try to act accordingly and contact us if they need to know anything later.
Finally, I would like to say to all Bangladeshi users that you must try to attend the next Steemgrowth online meeting . We will discuss important issues. I would like to thank everyone and end up here like today.
Brother yesterday's meeting was very important. I love the meeting. My Steemit Journey is very short days. I believed a lot in three communities. I worked hard there. But when the community got into a good position, they forgot us and started scamming.My passion for work is lost for them. If I go to work in a community now, will I get something at the end of the day after working hard? But I'm looking forward to new hopes. And I'm also watching your activities that I like very much. Hopefully nothing worse will happen this time.
