Assalamu Alaikum friends, welcome to this week's contest. You can understand the content of the contest by looking at the title. Food Diary Game. We do different activities at different times in our diary games. In this contest, we want to see diary with food. We eat different types of food at home and in different restaurants that will come under this diary game. You can participate in this diary cum contest with any type of food. Food is one of the things that we eat to live, we are always ready for delicious food. People eat different types of food to live, there are all types in the list of people's food. I am mentioning a food information below. Let's start.

Food list

Better health depends on consuming the nutrients found in our standard human food lists. the body gets every nutrient it requires from proper food balance. The food list usually includes the following basic foods.

  • Meat
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Pulses
  • Nuts
  • Rice
  • Wheat
  • Corn
  • Potatoes
  • Green vegetables (such as spinach, broccoli)
  • Fruits (such as oranges, apples)
  • Milk and dairy products (such as yogurt, cheese)
  • Seeds
  • Avocado

So, let's find out in detail through this contest what kind of food our contestants eat, how much their diaries are related to food, and how their day went.

Thank you for organizing such a beautiful diary with our daily food. We are Bengalis and as middle class and lower class people we have a daily list of our food. But I have noticed one thing that the food that middle class and lower class people eat has a lot of nutrition and energy. But those who earn a lot of money eat outside food more and eat fast food more because of which they get less nutritional value from their food and diseases affect them and at a young age their children have to wear glasses because of their eyesight. Middle class and lower class people eat less outside food and eat more vegetables and avoid fast food, our eating habits are in good condition. And Allah Ta'ala has kept us free from many risks of diseases.
