Hello friends Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? I am fine. Alhamdulillah. A lot of gourds are now available in the market. I cooked a gourd yesterday and it tasted great. So my husband bought another gourd from the market today. I could not think of what to cook this gourd with. After searching in the fridge, I found cow hoof bones. I kept these bones to cook with gourd. I was pleased to find the bones. I cooked this recipe for lunch today. Today I will share with you the recipe of how to cook cow hoof bone with gourd. So let's get started.

A whole gourd is washed and cleaned, then I cut it to my liking. Then I washed and cleaned the bones of the cow legs. I boiled these bones well before putting them in the fridge, washed them and stored them in the deep freezer. Before cooking, I took them out of the fridge and soaked them in water.

On a clean plate, take all the required spices together. Then I heated some oil in a clean pen. When the oil gets a little hot, I pour all the spices into the pot. Stir the spices for some time. So I stirred the masala after a while.

After grinding the masala, I put the bones in the pen. Sometimes I scraped the bones. When the water came out of the bones, I put the gourds in the pan with a little water. After putting the gourd in the pan, it was not possible to stir it much, so I gave it a light stir and then covered it with a lid.

When the lauta boiled and settled to the bottom, I stirred it well again. It didn't seem to be cooked so I covered it for some more time. At this stage, I reduced the flame little by little. If you let the gourd boil on high heat, the bottom will get burnt. So I kept the flame on medium.
When the gourd curry was cooked well, I took the curry pot off the stove. Took some curry from Patil in a bowl. After taking it in a bowl, I took a beautiful picture. Taking the bowl of curry in my hand, I took a selfie. Seasonal gourds are very flavorful. So no matter what it is cooked with, this gourd tastes amazing. Moreover, there are many nutrients in gourd.
