Hello friends, Starting with greetings to all my friends of the Steem for Bangladesh community. How are you all friends? I am well by the grace of Allah. Many thanks to our community admin @ripon0630 Sir for organizing the 📢 Contest - Food for Mood - Season 5. I am very happy to participate in this contest. Many people prefer many foods to turn them on. Many people feel better by eating foods to turn on busy mode. So let's start without further ado.
✅ What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?
Food can fill a people's heart with happiness. Who does not like to eat good food? And if it is a favorite food then there will be no more talk. Moreover, food can change people's mood. If we talk about any instant food that has positive effects then I would say Maggi noodles are quick cooking and delicious food for me. Which is very short and delicious to eat. I like to eat noodles. The method of making is also very simple. I make instant Maggi noodles whenever I feel like it. Maggi noodles make me feel better. The masala in it doubles the taste of the noodles. A food that positively affects my mood is Maggi noodles.
✅ What is the process for making it? (share the steps )
The method of making Maggi noodles is very simple. I have given below step by step the complete process of how I make and eat the noodles. Here's what I need to make the noodles :
- Maggi noodles 2 packets
- maggi masala powder 2 pakets
- Egg 1pic
- Onion1 pic
- Green chilli 4 pic
Step1
First, take two cups of water in a clean container. I added a spoonful of oil in the water. Adding this oil will make the noodles fluffy. I have taken two cups of water here for two packets. So that this water does not have to be thrown away. The noodles will be cooked in this water. When the ball rose in the water, I gave it two packets of Maggi noodles. If the noodles are boiled completely, they become soft and are not good to eat. So after half boiling, I turned off the stove. The other half will be boiled by the heat of the pan.

Now put some oil in a pan and add chopped onion and green chilli. After stirring for some time, I cracked an egg in the middle of the pan. I left some time for the eggs to cook.

When the egg is fried, cut the egg with a spoon and mix it with green chillies and onion. Then here I use a packet of Maggi masala.
Step4
After stirring for some time, I put the boiled noodles in it. After serving the boiled noodles, I added one packet of Maggi masala to the remaining packet. I didn't put two packets together because the noodles are better to eat when the masala is added on top of the noodles. Mix the masala well with the noodles with a spoon. .

When the noodles are cooked, remove from the oven. This time I took some noodles in a bowl. Then I took a selfie with the bowl of noodles.
✅ What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?
Maggi noodles are often in my house. Moreover, if you ever want to eat noodles, you can buy them from the store even if you don't have them at home. Maggi noodles are available in the shop right in front of our house. If I don't have all the ingredients to make these noodles at home, I can cook them in other ways. Boil water in a pot with noodles and a packet of masala. In this way, noodles can be cooked very easily. Also, if there are no noodles in the house, I want to eat noodles. So I bought cup noodles. Just pour hot water in it leave it for two minutes and then eat it. Maggi noodles are so easy to make and so delicious to eat that kids love them too. My kids eat these noodles often. So I always keep Maggi noodle packets in my house.

When the stomach is very hungry, anyone's temper becomes hot. Maggi noodles can be easily made and eaten for instant relief. When I feel very hungry especially if lunch is eaten a little early. Then in the afternoon the stomach gets hungry. Then make Maggi noodles and eat. By doing this, the appetite of the stomach is also satisfied and the mind also becomes good. So I will tell everyone to make noodles and eat them to reduce hunger quickly. Noodles contain ingredients that provide energy to our bodies. Everyone can eat this food as an afternoon snack.
