There really is no age for education as there is always a lot to learn at any moment so we are currently running one training session every week at Mask Export Limited. We regularly conduct training sessions so you are a little light on the color first session for us. Just like behind this color, what we mean by sunlight is how much the color of people's clothes can go up. Basically, we create a kind of artificial sunlight and we do this test through Genun Ray. So first we know about this method it is ISO 105 - B05. So we use this method basically we test this color fastness to light. So the machine we have in our laboratory to do e-testing is Q Sun. So in this machine there is a type of xenon light that is made artificially in light sap. And the fabric we tested is kept in this light for about 20 to 24 hours. With which we use bulbul a kind of wrong color rule which depends on different grades up to 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. Depending on this blue contrast, our sample is graded.

Then we load that blog into the machine around nine in the morning. Sampling it is very easy as we do not cut samples larger than 10 in 8 mm. Then on top of a kind of heart paper is that or the paper must be between our without and BA ie that fabric so that there is no brightness. Due to which we get good results of this test. So first we sampled the samples nicely then sir manually setup those examples like a place then went to the machine and gave a little idea about the program of the machine. So there are many programs in this program. The first one was the functional purpose of the machine that is used in the program. Another program was B which used the B zero to method of the S method. What is the bomb reading method which is LC wiki for what times I use the modified method. We must remember to keep this machine in a relative humidity below 40 degrees. The temperature must be within 47 degrees Celsius. The type of light beam we use would be around 400 nanometers. It is through this parameter that we basically complete test.

So in about 24 hours we complete about seven to eight hours or go back to the office after eating and drinking in the afternoon. So after going to office again we open from that sample machine and do assessment. So before we actually do the assessment we have a table of three names on the table where the light from the darkroom will fall on it at a 90 degree angle and the assessor will look at the sample at a 45 degree angle. And the distance of assessment person from three tables will be about 30 to 50 cm. Assessment is basically done using parameters. Of course the light we assess in when treating is d65. D Sixty Fib is used because it was originally used for white floor satellites but now needs to be converted to D65 ID assessment. Currently Bayer is approved and D65 is always assessed with all types of color first match tests.

Then in the afternoon we went out for tea from the office.
