For a long time, the final exam and group assessment are all very busy and you don't have regular conversations in @Steam. So now I'm a bit sleepy from everything, that's why from now on, Inshallah, I'll be sharing various topics regularly with you. Before that I have not heard how your days have been so far and I have missed you a lot not being on this screen online platform. However, from now on, I will be in front of you inshallah. So for a long time, due to busyness with other work, going to college is not possible, but now many new machines are being setup in our college. Today I will talk a little about these machines.

Many of us know that we mainly make yarn from cotton. How is cotton processed or where does it come from? Many of us know that there are also India, Egyptians, and many times cotton is collected from Russia or China. A cotton raw material is brought to Bangladesh. As. Processed in this Blue Room section. So since we don't have that space in our lab, basically our room or Bill OpenEnergy machine has its software installed in that space. Here you can see lots of cottons are put together by bale mixing and then we move the cottons from the mating to the offer feeder through the lament females. It is basically a Chinese machine so basically when we visited the spinning section was complete but our weaving section was still in progress.

So we make yarn from this cotton through different processes or different machines. Let me tell you about some machines, first of all we use bell opener here. Then Bill Baker then mixing and blending. Then we use the cutting machine, from the cutting basically the impurities are removed from that cotton and from the cutting machine we get the current sliver. The cutting machine is called spinning hat. Because the process exists in the cutting machine or the fiber is brought into a form that no other machine has the opportunity to bring into such a form, that is why the hat of kerning is originally called. So basically we call it ring frame due to the fact that we weave yarn from the ring. There is another machine where basically we can turn drylish from fiber ie from structure to yarn or this is a very updated machine. Silver is a very short process and there are very few good people to be found here.

And here some weaving machines are being set up basically these machines are set up some engineers from China come to our college. They are busy setting up the machines here since few days, so there are many things in setting up these machines, there are various programming which since these are electron mechanics machines. There are also various process or mechanical engineers who will operate here and there are some government of Bangladesh who have contributed the support by getting the machines, so our college has some updated laboratories, I hope every student can learn a lot in the college. We get together with some friends and talk to them or take some selfies from there.

The most interesting thing is that this is the first time that such a prestigious machine is being set up in our college which has never happened before. After a long movement maybe or now such a machine is doing, we are hoping that we can learn a lot from here, get to know a lot and keep ourselves in tune with the times.
