Alhamdulellah, On 6th September 2024 we managed to complete our Global Meetup quite peacefully

Greeting all of my dear steemian friends. Hope you all are doing well. We have completed our global meetup on 6th September 2024 as per prior preparations. This meetup was organized by Steem For Bangladesh community along with myself and two renowned moderators of our community @shiftitamanna & @enamul17. We are very happy to complete this Global Meter in a grand manner as per earlier plan.

To complete our global meetup, we jointly planned with our community users and according to the options, we looked at the best things to complete our global meetup smoothly and these things are :

1, Presence of all at specified places and familiarity: As per earlier plan we chose Botanical Garden as our meeting place and it was 11 AM to reach the venue. So in the morning we all talk to each other in whats app group, we all leave home for a specific destination and on time we reach Botanical Garden, Mirpur, Dhaka. Then we all gathered inside the botanical garden at a certain time and we started the introduction session in presence of all there were total 20+ members and they were : @mdkamran99 (me), @shiftitamanna, @enamul17, @mahadisalim, @shahid76, @sojib1996, @akbarmia, @nurnobi10, @azit1980, @imranhassan, @raiihan, @kuhinoor, @abdulmukit, @mrzubaer, @jubayer687728, @mueeinislam also 6 more new users who are willing to work on the Steemit platform

2, Steemit T-shirt distribution : After completing the introduction session, I distributed the t-shirt we had brought with us to the users. The main purpose of Steemit t-shirt distribution is to increase the awareness of Steem Token from Steemit platform to other people. Although 3 other users were not united with us at the time of t-shirt distribution but later they united and collected their t-shirts from me.

3, Photo session : When I finished distributing the t-shirts to all the users, we all agreed to take several group photos with the Meetup banner that we had taken with us. Apart from the banner we take photos with all the users and enjoy our special time.

4, Discussion about Steem Token among themselves : At our Global Meetup, there were several new users who wanted to know about Steem token and then I discussed with them how Steem token is mined and how this token can be used.

5, Mid-day meal arrangement : After 1 pm some of our team members went to a restaurant inside the botanical garden and were asked to arrange lunch for a total of 22 of us. As per our order they prepared our food by 2 pm and then we got together and got ready for lunch and again finished some photo sessions and all together had lunch.

6, Guiding users through video calls with Steem For Bangladesh community Admins : After lunch we all sat inside the restaurant and rested for a while then left the restaurant and went to the other side of the botanical garden and then there we all talked with our Bangladesh community admin @ripon0630 brother on What's App video call. He gives some guidance to all users and assures users to be with them in any need. The presence of our community admin boosts the morale of all users.

7, Discussion on Steem promotion for users by myself and two other moderators of our community : At our Global Meetup we were joined by some other members who were interested in working on the Steemit platform. Then I along with one of our famous SR @shiftitamanna from Bangladesh gave some speech about Steem promotion to the users and at the same time we encouraged new users to work with this platform.

8, Guiding users by our three moderators and hearing their success stories from famous users : Two other moderators of our Bangladesh community @shiftitamanna, @enamul17 exchanged encouragement and motivational words for users along with me to boost the morale of users to work on steemit platform. Also, we encouraged other users by hearing their success stories from some reputed users working on Steemit like @mahadisalim, @shahid76.

9, Organizing quizzes : The moderator of "Steem For Bangladesh" community @enamul17 organized the quiz event for all users and he conducted the event alone. Our Bangladesh community user @kuhinoor Apu won first place in the quiz competition. This quiz competition was conducted for about 20 minutes.At the end of the quiz competition, ice cream was distributed to all the users by our three moderators.

10, Farewell episode : At the last stage of our Global Meetup we had a farewell session and then we exchanged greetings with each other for the last time and took farewell photos. Then we finished the farewell episode and left for everyone's home.

Through the above activities we have completed a fair and pleasant meeting. The day was special for us and I would like to specially thank our meetup participant the one and only SR @shiftitamanna who organized such a wonderful meetup. Because without his help this meetup could not have been done well.
