Many works of the village people are done through this Union Parishad, such as providing relief to the poor, arranging old age allowance for the elderly, special assistance is arranged for pregnant mothers, and many works related to land are done through this Union Parishad, many injustices are tried through this Union Parishad, the judge of which is the chairman of the Union Parishad.

One of the other main tasks of the Union Parishad is to arrange birth certificates and death certificates of people. It is through the Union Parishad that we issue birth certificates through birth registration, and various mistakes in birth certificates are corrected. Those who have prepared birth certificates long ago have many mistakes in the information and words in those certificates. Those mistakes are corrected through this Union Parishad.

Today I went to Shubhgacha Union Parishad. Although we are not residents of this union, today I went to this Union Parishad for a special need. I went to the Parishad. There is a small mistake in the birth certificate of my younger sister's eldest son. I went to this Union Parishad to correct that mistake, and I corrected that mistake.
