What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?

We eat food to satisfy hunger, food keeps our body healthy, one of the basic needs of every human being is to eat food, without eating food no animal can survive, food stores energy in our body, without food people become physically weak. every man wants to eat good food, struggles to provide good food for himself and his family.

Every person's food preferences are different, just as food suppresses our appetite, some foods maintain our mood, the food we like to eat the most improves our mood when we see it. Self-cooking We like food better when we prepare it ourselves.

I like different foods to have a positive effect on my mood, but the food I make is biryani, I love to eat biryani, when I am angry, when someone puts biryani in front of me, it makes me feel better and I eat that biryani. I often make this biryani to have a positive effect on my mood.

What is the process for making it? (share the steps )

To cook birani first you need to cook beef or chicken meat, to cook the meat you need to fry the onions inside well, then add ginger, garlic, chilli, salt and various other spices to make birani in that oil, all When the masala is prepared, the meat should be added, the school should be cooked well and put down, care should be taken that the meat is cooked well.

Then cook polar rice in a clean vessel, first fry the rice well with oil and bay leaf in the vessel, when the rice is fried well, add enough water, when the rice turns into rice, add the pre-cooked ghee. Mix, and add Birani Masala, it will make delicious Birani. I haven't been cooking for a long time so I couldn't post any pictures of my own cooking.

What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?

When I need this food now but don't have the ingredients to prepare this food I quickly go to the shop, we have everything needed as there is a shop next to our house, there is a chicken shop next to this shop, I get chicken from that shop and biryani from the shop next door. Collect all the prepared ingredients and come home and cook Birani.

Sometimes it happens that the ingredients for making biryani are not available there, then I go to the market and we have a restaurant in the market, buy biryani from the restaurant and come home and eat that biryani, sometimes I eat biryani sitting inside that restaurant.

Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?

Of course I recommend this dish to others to improve my mood, although my opinion may not be the same as others, this biryani may not be liked by many, but I love eating this biryani, I eat it to improve my mood, and if anyone I advise him to cook biryani when he comes for food advice.

When we are in a bad mood we need to improve our mood in different ways, we need to adopt different methods to improve our mood, we can improve our mood by preparing and eating our favorite foods, that's why my advice to everyone is to improve your mood. To make we can make Birani and eat it.
