Today, I will write about my diary game, dated 26-01-2025. I will share the parts of my daily work with you by writing a diary. I hope everyone will like my diary writing.

Today, I woke up at 7.00 am and first read the newspaper online on my mobile. Then I brush my teeth. I shower and prepare to go to the office. At 9.00 am, I left home for the office. I went to the office and had breakfast. Then, I focus on office work. I am an electrical engineer, so I first go to the electrical substation room and supervise my work. Then I go to the flower garden in front of the office and take pictures of some of my favourite flowers. I like flowers very much.

Then, I started writing the homework for last week's Engagement Challenge Session 22 lesson on the Steemit platform. The lesson is educational about physiotherapy by Ashkhan Mam. I learned about thoracic outlet syndrome by reading lessons. Then, I started writing the homework tasks. Prepare to do three exercises. I videoed the exercises with the help of one of my office colleagues. Then, I sat down to write about the tasks.

Exercise for the Engagement Challenge

At noon, I went out to eat. After lunch, I returned to the office. Then, I took some time to rest. Then, I used one of my office colleagues to diagnose thoracic outlet syndrome. Today, I am doing exercises, and my body is feeling good. I have occasional pains in the back of my neck. I plan to do the exercises regularly. Exercise is very important for all of us. Then, in the afternoon, I finished writing and submitting the homework tasks. Then, I left the office and refreshed myself for some time. Our company manufactures rods. Production units are very hot. Today, I spent quite some time blogging on the Steemit platform. From now on, I start my office work. I do fieldwork in production units. In the afternoon, we go around and supervise the electrical units.

In the evening, I left the office and went home to rest for some time. Then, I sat down to write a diary game on the Steemit platform. I submitted the diary game at 10:00 p.m. Then, I ate dinner and slept.
