Steem for Bangladesh organized a cooking contest for us on behalf of the community Moderator @solaymann of this community.So I am sharing my cooked cooking recipe here and describing the questions and answers given in the contest in detail .

There are many types of food items that not everyone can eat or like to eat.
Especially because kids don't like to fish because fish have extra fish bones. And there are many kids or children who can't eat fish without fish bones, so they choose meat foods as their favorite food.

So today I will make a recipe that will be more delicious to eat than meat food and everyone from kids to adults will like to eat this food and want to eat more.

I Will make a recipe for fish today and won't have fish bones to eat this recipe.Anyone can easily eat it with great pleasure. So if you think about all these aspects that everyone can eat and everyone will like, I can choose this dish as a unique recipe.


So today I'll share my unique recipe here.I chose to make chital fish that has a lot of fish bones so that everyone can eat these fish spines, especially the tail of the fish. And my unique recipe is Chital fish bara or fish kebab made of Chital fishtail.

Below are all the ingredients I need to make this recipe

Chital fishfish tail 1 part
Ginger garlic paste1 tsp
Red Chili powder½ tsp
Coriander powdr¼ tsp
Turmeric powder¼ tsp
Cumin powder½ tsp
Green Chilli4-5 slice
Coriander leavesa pinch
Cornflower½ tsp
Onion6 big
Oil250 gm
Salt1 tsp

I've taken the fishtail part here and the tail should be washed thoroughly with water.

First, I will bruise this part of the tail with a stone substance l and take out the parts of the fish without cutting the parts of the fish inside. So with the stone substance, I have to bruise well towards the fish as if with a spoon if I put pressure on one side on the top of the tail fish the fish parts would come out without bones. This way I'll take the fish parts out of the list without bones.

Then I will keep all the raw ingredients that will be needed, especially onion, green chillies and coriander leaves. Then put all the spices in a bowl separately, especially ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder and salt. Blend the fish parts well with all these ingredients.

Many times when the fish is fried in oil like this, it goes quiet after frying, so I will add half a spoonful of cornflower here so that the fish remain crispy even after frying. Then add a slice of lemon juice and a little pepper just for flavor. Then leave it for 10 to 15 minutes to marinate.

Since I had prepared this recipe the night before, today I took them out of the fridge and deep fried them in oil after putting them in room temperature. And this recipe I served hot with khichuri for breakfast.

The recipe can be made in less time but the most difficult task is to make the recipe, that is to extract the fish bone part without the fish fork part.It took less time to make and eat.

I made the preparations to make it the night before and made it edible in the morning. I'm quite happy making the recipe because the purpose of making this recipe was to feed my boys fish. So when I put this fish kebab on their plate effortlessly in moments they ate the kebabs. The kebab was also pretty tasty and took a lot of crisp to eat.

Fish kebabs made me quite happy because the purpose of cooking it was to make kebabs and eat them, besides I took pictures of each recipe making by looking at the recipe post while making it.So I'm pretty glad to post the recipe here.
