Today I will share with you the eggplant octopus recipe. Although the name of my recipe today may sound strange, it is quite delicious to eat. We can make eggplant recipes in different ways. Eggplant is disliked by many individuals. However, anyone who eats the eggplant octopus I made today will go crazy to eat it. This eggplant octopus recipe is crispy and spicy. Everyone, young and old, will want to eat this eggplant recipe again and again after eating it once.

Today I will share how to make eggplant octopus. Let's start without delay.
🍆🍆Ingredients required to make eggplant octopus:🍆🍆
4 long eggplants
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup biscuit powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon of hot spices
2 cups oil
🍆🍆How to cut eggplant to make eggplant octopus:🍆🍆
- I took long eggplants to make eggplant octopus. I brought these long eggplants from the market to make special eggplant octopus.
- The eggplant was peeled with a potato peeler.
- Now I divided the eggplant in half along the middle. After that, I cut it lengthwise into four slices. An octopus has eight legs, now the eggplant I cut has eight slices. Now the eggplant looks a lot like an octopus.
- Pour a large dish of water with one teaspoon of salt. After that, soak the chopped eggplants for fifteen minutes in water. Soaking them in salt water will soften the eggplants and remove the black skin inside the eggplants.
- After 15 minutes, remove the eggplants from the water and wipe them dry with a tissue. If there is excess water, the coating will come off, so wipe it off very well.
🍆🍆Preparation of ingredients for coating:🍆🍆
- Now at this stage, crack three eggs in a mixing bowl for coating. Then beat them well with 1 teaspoon of salt to make an egg coating.
- Take a cup of flour. Mix 1 teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of chili powder, half a teaspoon of garam masala powder in the flour, stir all the ingredients and mix them with the flour.
- To make my eggplant octopus recipe today, I will need breadcrumbs. But since I did not have breadcrumbs at home, I made breadcrumbs at home using toast biscuits.
- First, I chopped some toast biscuits into small pieces and put them in a blender cup. Then I blended them for a few minutes to make breadcrumbs.
🍆🍆Eggplant Octopus Coating Method:🍆🍆
- Now I will coat the eggplant octopuses.
- First, I will take a cut eggplant octopus and coat it well with flour, then I will coat it with egg, finally I will roll it in breadcrumbs and coat it well.
- Similarly, I will coat all the eggplant octopuses and keep them in a bowl.
🍆🍆Method for frying eggplant octopuses:🍆🍆
- I let 2 cups of oil heat up in a pan on the stove. When the oil becomes medium-hot, I release the coated eggplant octopuses into the oil.
- When one side becomes lightly brown, I will flip the other side. An interesting thing is that you don't need to use a spoon to fry the eggplant octopuses. You can flip the eggplants by holding the eggplants and turning them over.
- When the eggplant octopuses were browned, I drained the oil. Then I put the octopuses in a basket with a tissue. I fried all the octopuses in the same way and took them out.

- I took a bowl to serve the eggplant octopuses. I served two eggplant octopuses in the bowl with tomato sauce. The legs of the eggplant octopuses are spread out, making them look like octopuses.

To make eggplant octopuses, you must take long eggplants.
While cutting the eggplants, you should make sure that the legs of the octopuses are not too thick or thin.
After soaking the eggplant octopuses in salt water, remove excess water and dry them well.
While coating the eggplant octopuses, all the ingredients should be coated very well so that no part is left out.
While frying the eggplant octopuses, the oil should not be overheated. The eggplant octopuses should be fried in medium-hot oil until browned.
