Hello, I hope you all are well by the grace of Allah, living a healthy and beautiful life, by the prayers of all of you I am also Alhamdulillah.I always thank the Steem For Bangladesh community admins and moderators a lot. And I'm really excited and grateful. SEC-S10W3: Teamwork Makes The Dream Work As always I start today's contest by wishing everyone the best.

I know the fun of teamwork is different but with good team work any impossible task is possible. To create a good teamwork, team members need to balance mutual cooperation with each other. But if you want to work in team work, your own likes and dislikes cannot be prioritized. Then success will be known as team work. But teamwork is more fulfilling than higher self-experience.

I always work in small teams, cooperation and teamwork.

Dreamwork As I am a person I have my own dreams or language. But the person or object or symbol of my dream with the meaning of the ongoing life helps the dreamer or closer to my dream. Enables acceptance of attitudes I do not know. But if I go into the dream with the attitude of doing something, and fulfill it through the dream. Once again, if the dream is broken, then we will do the work together with the team at a distance.

When I played cricket as a child we were divided into two teams. But different players work in a team with their own experience and teamwork. We can win championships and get rewards as a team only through teamwork. Without teamwork there is no championship and 70% chance of losing. Because group cohesion was a change of focus. So teamwork makes dreams come true

I maintain team spirit as a player and increase my efforts.

I always dedicate myself to managing team work. I have a lot of experience working in team, one of them is. When I teach students I like to teach them in groups.Because the experience that I will share with him as a single will only be learned by him. When I teach them in groups, that teaching will prevail among them all. As I like to say as a student.

We are able to work as a team in teaching. To solve all tasks easily, we are able to catch new tasks

• Mutual trust among team members is paramount to the success of any team

• For example, I group students according to my preferences. And I refrain from going into groups according to preferences.

• Allowing teachers to work with teachers and a major task is to work as a team in the promotion or marking of exam papers.

• I work in teams quite a bit to give them the opportunity to work together.

• It is important to determine the specific scope of work for each student in each group.

• However, each student can be assigned work separately to make group work productive

• Feel free to share your online and offline teamwork experiences?

I can say it as an online group.A new community is opened by admin selection. But post curation of the community and plagiarism check post authorization selection is not possible for one person. Under a team work, the admin is working together with different moderators.

Their work style seems like they are working as a team, with hard work

Offline teamwork If working on a field harvesting paddy there I can say that if I work alone it will take 6 days. But it is possible in a day with teamwork of 5 people through heart to heart cooperation.

✅03)-What obstacles did you face in working as a team?

I usually face many obstacles when working in a team.The biggest obstacle in the team is due to forgetfulness and indifference among themselves. Studying in the game itself, it can also be due to delay. But I did not get enough results due to delay in teamwork.

I think the man here is dishonest. As soon as you let go of your hands, everyone will fall.There is no teamwork without trust.

But careless indolence, neglecting the demands of work. Destroy work attitude. and quarreling in teamwork. It is a big obstacle faced by the party leader after hearing bad people's words and getting bribe money.

I always think that honesty and trust are the keys to good teamwork. That is the main reason for losing faith. Keeping everyone engaged in their own thinking is not always a solo task. That is a big obstacle for the team. Which in future may receive reproach instead of gift.

✅04)-Is it possible that a person can achieve more by engaging in teamwork than individually? explain?

But I think teamwork is better. Which results are always good. But building a team requires a skilled entrepreneur, whose knowledge of all subjects is immense.

Personally, I can say that everyone in the team should try to play in a team individually. It contributes a lot to take the team forward. And they all achieve success at a much faster rate by trying individually.

I also always benefit from teamwork. And I have better success with everyone's individual efforts

But I can say that there are 10 players in a team all of them should try their best through teamwork. If two players in the team are weak then. A huge responsibility for managing the game falls in the hands of the team builder. Then decides to rest the weaker player. And with extra players. The decision to complete the game is fair. But their achievement I can find the key to success through teamwork. Engage in team work and achieve more?
