In Jamalpur's traditional Millibhat dawat

By Allah Ta'ala's grace, I hope everyone is doing well. Thank God. I'm doing quite fine too. I went to the customary Millibhat dawat today, February 2. I shall attempt to present you with a few images of this Millibhat Dawat.

On the anniversaries of deaths, Jamalpur's traditional Millibhat is held. But because it's so popular these days, birthday parties and weddings are also planned. Most milli is made from beef or buffalo. It has the essential spices and rice powder. This occasion is known as Majlis in the village dialect. A big kitchen table is used to cook milli. We attended a grandfather's death anniversary in Millibhat today. The day before the invitation, notice is given to the invitees. After the Friday prayer, we received an invitation today. We departed for Dawat after praying Jama'ah. Even when we give up on other things, we Jamalpur inhabitants never decline the invitation to Millibhat. Additionally, people are essentially permitted to sit on the house's yard or on the fallow ground in these dawat.

In the past, food was presented on banana leaves. Currently, meals are provided in disposable containers. We took a seat in the front row, though. because the first line's cuisine is superior. Each jar is first used to cultivate rice. Milli is then handed over. Prayers for the deceased are said in the midst. There are about a thousand guests for today's event, and there are three stages of feeding. Sat on the first step, we did.

For this dawat, people traveled great distances. Raising everyone equitably was the one who raised the country.

Milli had given everything, and many were taking her home. I realized that using the Milli mouth that was given to me was a lot of good after the prayer. Upon consuming the millibhat that was provided to me, I took merely milli. We all went back to our houses together after dining.

At the moment, Milli is very popular and can be found at plenty of hotels. Cooking is also done at this modest desk. But Milli's enjoyment in Majlis is distinct. Currently, Jamalpur is not the only place where this Milli is in demand. There are more districts where millibhat is also common. If you haven't had Millibhat yet, I cordially urge you to try it at least once.
