The need for food is endless to keep our body healthy, but the foods we eat daily provide nutrition and energy. Vegetables have many nutritional qualities. Vegetables contain a lot of vitamins, fibre, and minerals, which are very good for our health. And we Bengali people never have lunch without fish and rice, so fish is very beneficial for us. Fish contains vitamin D, protein, and omega-3, and fish increases our brain function and keeps the heart very good. Fruits always benefit us. We always eat apples, bananas, and oranges, which are rich in fibre and antioxidant potassium, a source of energy for our body, along with vitamin C. And there is no comparison between milk, eggs, and nuts to keep our body always good. Nuts contain vitamin E and healthy fats; omega-3 and fibre are rich in magnesium. After a man or woman works all day, it is very beneficial to drink milk to relieve body fatigue. Milk contains calcium, vitamin D, and protein, which strengthens bones, keeps teeth healthy, and helps in building muscles. However, we always have to buy formalin-containing fish and fruits from the market and eat them carefully.

Every morning, my breakfast is wheat bread or rice and dal. Khichuri is cooked. Compared to all the other dishes that day, my house-cooked khichdi with lentils, rice, carrots, broccoli, peas, and capsicum, along with fried eggplant and fried eggs, is very healthy compared to breakfast. And this breakfast of mine is rich in protein, fibre, vitamins, and antioxidants, which gives strength to the body and increases immunity.

As lunch, which was rice, tilapia fish, black eggplant, fried eggplant with curry, and cucumber. And these lunches of mine are full of vitamins, proteins, and minerals, which give strength to the body and have many benefits in increasing our digestive power.

And in the evening, I eat very little fried food as a light snack; I always try to eat healthy food. Even then, sometimes I eat parched rice with spices from the shop, along with chickpeas and chickpeas. In the evening, if I eat less fried food and eat healthy food, my stomach feels light and good.Chickpea parched rice and gram can be eaten occasionally, and there are benefits to eating it, which provides protein and energy for my skin, but it cannot be eaten all the time, and excessive eating should be avoided.
