Recipe for Pangasius fish with gourd leaves.
How are you all? I hope you are all well. By the grace of Allah, I am very well. Today I will share with you a recipe for Pangasius fish with gourd leaves. This is a traditional and special dish; here I have made Pangasius fish and bara with spices using gourd leaves. This dish is commonly seen in Bengali cuisine. The fish mixture is placed on gourd leaves, which are rubbed with onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chilli, and other spices. Then it is wrapped in the leaves and fried or baked. This type of food is very tasty to eat with rice, and it is also full of nutrients.
