✅ What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?
Our moods vary a lot depending on the season of our country, and food affects our mood. When winter days come, you want to eat food with a different mood. And when it's a hot day, you want to eat a different kind of food. But I prepare and eat burgers, pasta, noodles, chow mein, and milkshakes and bananashakes as quick meals. These foods give me instant mood relief.

First, I took the necessary ingredients to make banana milkshake. Then I soaked the raisins and cashews in water, washed them, and peeled the bananas. Then inside a glass I took 200 mg of milk, took cashews, took bananas, took sugar, and took raisins. Then I took a grinder machine to grind them to make juice.

Then first I put five banana grinders inside the machine. Then I gave the amount of cashew nuts. Then I have given three spoons of sugar here; you can add more according to your taste. Then here I give half a glass of milk, about 200 mg.

Then, after pouring the milk from the grinder machine, I added half a glass of about 200 mg of cold water. After putting all the ingredients in the grinder machine, I switched on the machine and grinded for about 20 to 30 seconds. Then, after the banana milkshake is done, I pour it into a glass. Then I added two spoonfuls of raisins to serve on top of the banana milkshake.

After adding the raisins, I again chopped some cashews and topped the banana milkshake. Then my banana milkshake is ready to serve.

It took me 10 minutes max to make this banana milkshake, and I made it when I came home from duty at 8 am for breakfast. And I made my daughter drink it with great pleasure.

When I need to make this dish but I don't have anything on hand. Then I make a cold sherbet with cold water and lemon and sugar on hand to relieve body fatigue and eat it.

I would definitely recommend this dish to everyone for a mood lifter. Because we men always work outside the house. Some of us work in the office, and some work in the field. At the end of the day, we all have to come home tired. Then, after eating this nutritious food, we can benefit in many ways. Bananas work very well inside the stomach to avoid the problem of road dust in our daily movement. Cashew nut raisin gives our body energy. And milk is a very useful and nutritious food for our body. So this food will calm your mood and mind and remove tiredness.
