Assalamualaikum, how are you all? Hope you are all well. I'm fine too. Today I will share with you my morning breakfast. Breakfast is very important for our body.

This is an opportunity to fuel the body and mind with wholesome foods that support sustained energy and concentration. My breakfast plate consisted of roti, banana, boiled egg and the savory addition of sandesh, a sweet Bengali dish. It was an unusual mix of simple but filling items. With its neutral flavor serving as a comforting base, the morning meal began with a slice of fresh, soft bread. The bread's simplicity was a canvas for other flavors and textures. Next, the banana contrasts wonderfully with the bread, adding a natural sweetness and soft, creamy texture.

Because they are a good source of potassium and other vital vitamins and minerals that support heart health and blood pressure regulation, bananas are a dietary choice. Then protein-rich boiled eggs are served. The richness and distinctive texture of its firm white and creamy yolks add to the satisfaction of the food. Eggs provide a premium protein source as they contain vitamin D, B vitamins, choline and other important minerals. But Sandesh, the sweet from East India, especially West Bengal, was the star of the show. It is a tribute to the grace and simplicity of Indian desserts, made with paneer, also known as chena (Indian cottage cheese) and sugar.

With perfectly balanced sweetness, the sandesh was velvety and had a melt-in-the-mouth quality. It reminds me of Bengal's rich culinary heritage and adds a distinct flavor and cultural touch to breakfast. I relished every morsel of the breakfast, so it was more than simply a meal. I start my day with a straightforward but tasty breakfast that blends many cultures and tastes. Proteins, carbs, vitamins, and minerals all worked together to deliver my body the balanced diet it needed. How food connects us to other cultures and places, making every meal a new discovery.
