You spent your whole day busy and at the hospital. On the way there you traveled by boat. I have a lot of fear of getting on a boat. I experienced drowning in a boat as a child. I am very afraid to go on a boat because of that. The joy of going on a boat is different. However you went to the hospital by boat and spent a busy time there. good luck
