She is not only successful in her business but she is also successful in making other rich ,too. She is a woman of substance.
Good day to all steemians and to this community Steem Inspiration @supo1 for this inspiring contest. I am sure that after reading every successful man's story in this contest everyone will be inspired with it. There are many women who wants to know how to be successful being a woman , wife , parent and a businesswoman.

Mary Kay Ash, a woman of substance because" she has strong character, is consistent, has more to her than meets the eye and has a variety of interests outside and within her home and family."
To others, she is a simple mother, to her family, she is their world.

Women who are courageous sometimes means they can go all the way to pursuit of their good dreams and intentions. This woman is always trying to balance the needs of her kids, at home, and also her career and she always live with the golden rule..." Do unto others as you would have then do unto you." This was taught by Mary Kay's mother when she was a child and she followed it ever since.
She was a tough woman in her business and she was so determined to help fellow women who are struggling with their career. This is what I like about her because she makes everyone important. She was quoted saying , "When I meet someone, I imagine her wearing an invisible sign that says, "Make me feel important !"

At her company Mary kay Cosmetics ,the new employees quickly learn how much they were valued.

Today, many women in the world of Mary Kay Cosmetics have achieved great success.
Now that most of these women were able to pursue their career in business ,they are also presented with new challenges.

From time to time if I have to choose among the successful people ,Mary Kay is always the first on my list, because I have learned from all her examples of being a woman of substance ,a dedicated wife, a hands on mother and a successful businesswoman.
