THE DIARY GAME : 16TH AUGUST, 2020 : BEAUTIFUL SUNDAY WITH EVENTS

Dear Diary,

I woke up with excitement this Sunday morning, God has been faithful to me, by giving me another day to live, so I prayed and thank him for his wonderful works in my life, and since today is Sunday, I want to make sure I attended the first service, and come back home to do the work am supposed to do yesterday. Yesterday, I had to put a call across my mechanic, it has been long I serviced my car, and I wanted to service it this Sunday. He agreed to service the car for me.

So I decided to go to Church first, after my morning routines, and service in the church was good, I came back three hours later, and put a call back to my mechanic, and he gave me the go ahead to come over for the servicing. I drove down straight to his mechanic workshop in Zuba, and after one hour of work, my car was good to go. I never knew that I was going to witness what I saw while coming back from the mechanic workshop along Mopo Barack.

A female driver, a woman that should be in her early 40's, lost control of her Toyota Camry and ram into a nearby dish. Luckily, she was alive, only superficial injuries sustained in her face region, all she was concerned about was whether the car has scattered, or still in good condition. People were offering to take her to the hospital, she refused, saying that she was alright.

What I saw was how caring very many Nigerians were, even those that did not know her from Adam were offering to help her in one way or the other, but all she wants to know is the state of her car, am guessing she bought it new, and was in a state of shock that such incident could happen to her.

As the towing van was pulling her car out of the dish, she watched in pains and agony. And I certainly had the premonition to make a video of the pulling even before the pulling started. And I made the video.

So immediately after the pulling, I had to leave, as I have spent quite a time there. Got home and didn't go anywhere else, besides in the evening time, when I had to go check one of my customers FTA dish that has lost signal. Signal to church stations or as we call 68.5 degree east, where there are more than 200 different types of churches in Nigeria and Africa.

After the repair, I had to retire for the day.
