RE: Memorable?

There is so much that can be felt in this text, the achievements of the past for which we can feel grateful, free... the monument that loses its meaning, both something that becomes generic... The lady who remembers her father, here I stop. Many things may be lost in the shuffle, but some, just a few, remain intact.

I feel that she may be feeling that her father fought for something that no one thinks about, but that they enjoy... she feels discomfort and pain, but it was your father's choice, so she will go home, thinking that her father fought. for what he wanted. But of course, she will think about it after she gets home, on the way, she will be crying...

I liked reading you.

My guess is her father was forced to fight like most soldiers fight for a war they never started or understand.

Today your best friend, tomorrow the enemy you should give a bulket through his head. Why isn't mr President doing this job himself?

A lot of nonsense about being a hero, fighting for the country, freedom...

The once heroes are suddenly traotors or even called enemies of the state because the "wirld" changed and history is a bad thing.

For sure she's hurt and with her many are and they all stayed home where it's safe while wondering why all those men died, had to fight while they wait till the monument is broken down because it is called 'inappropriate' by some.

Thank you for reading and commenting.
