All about Filipino adobo (my favorite)

As a foreigner Here in the Philippines one of the dish I love so much is always adobo
From the first day I tasted it, I always long for more of it.. It took me time to prepare it by my self... But to be frank it's always included in my menu in my house day in day out... I think Philippines should be proud of that delicious delicacy they have because am proud of the food and I can it anytime anywhere
