Diary Game Season 3 | 2-11-2023|A Home Return for the Second Time

Napakagandang araw sa lahat po!
Masaya po ako ulit sa aking pagbabalik.
I paused for a few days for some reasons, but now I 'm back.
Last week I went to my hometown Madridejos ,Cebu to visit my father , This town is located at the northern tip of Bantayan island , an island in Cebu North Philippines. But that was for two days only.

Then after almost 6 days after I went back to Lapulapu ,Cebu City I have to go back again to not to waste my holiday on November 1 and 2.
On day 1 ,almost 12mid afternoon when I arrived ,my favorite food was served. "Kinilaw na tangigue" with "tinola" and chicken barbecue.

These are the specialty of my hometown. Our place is rich in water resources. Aside from being rich on this sea resources, we are also considered as the egg basket of Visayas because of the poultry eggs it produces each day. There are plenty of poultry raisers in our town Madridejos Cebu.

Also the fish here tastes different . I just don't know if other people could identify such a food that comes from their own town just by its taste.
Fish here in our town are fresh when dried under the sun, so it has a better taste than the others.
My brother bought a whole tangigue fish right from a fisherman's boat.

It weighed 8 kilos and sold for 280 Php per kilo , so he paid 2,240 Php
Enough for a big family like us gathered all together in my father's house.
Its good to meet my family in my hometown. We did not meet for more than two years due to pandemic. My nieces and nephews are grown up already. Some gained weight some grew taller than we ever expected.

The happiness that we spent together brought us into a feeling of belongingness. That in times of abundance and having nothing at all , our family is always there for us. When people around us seemed judgemental on our situations , our family are our hope to understand and support us. Wealth does not matter anymore when it comes to critical situations. We always lend a helping hand in any kind when it comes to our family.
Even if we live far from our family, we do ways to go home because as Filipinos family is a gem.
As I travel back to my residence where I live at present. Almost half of me is left in my hometown and I will always go back for it. God bless our families.
