The Diary Game Season 3: (02-07-2022) Cooking "Halang-halang na Manok Recipe"

No one ever such a delicious thing than the word "food". And gonna be my inspiration to share the Filipino food that I have prepared for today dated February 07, 2022.
Presenting and featuring my Filipino food recipe which really a mouth-watery and a craving satisfied recipe. And really full-in the tummy and need some extra rice, [weehh]. Now introducing my "Halang-halang na Manok Recipe", originally and inherit from my late ancestors recipe. Proudly one of the Filipino pride recipes which is very known, popular and famous all over the country.
But before that let me share first a little knowledge on how to prepare and cook on this very simple and easy-way cooking of this Filipino food recipe. So beginning sharing with my main ingredients. Which may include the very common spices that can be seen on the cooking table. And these are they:

chop chicken meat | 1/2 kg |
whole onion | 1 pc |
garlic | 1 pc |
ginger | 1 pc |
soy sauce | 1/2 cup |
salt | 1 teaspoon |
magic sarap seasoning | 1 sachet |
sili espada | 3 pcs |
sili labuyo | 2 pcs |
The preparation and marinating tips of my recipe:
Wash properly with water these chop chicken meat. Slice into small pieces this onion, garlic, ginger, sili espada and sili labuyo. After preparing the said spices, start to marinate the chop chicken meat with little amount of salt, and pour the soy sauce. Then mix it properly. Set aside it for about 10 minutes so that the ingredients will penetrate into the chicken meat.
The cooking tips:
Turn on the gas stove then put the frying pan and heat it. Pour a little amount of edible oil and heat it. Add the slice small pieces spices, onion, garlic, ginger. Fry it. Then put the marinated chop chicken meat. Cook it for about 10 minutes to comes-out the natural chicken water. Add the slice sili espada and sili labuyo. Then cover it. And when it looks in golden brown. Now finish with my recipe and ready to serve.
