I Love You Since 1892 ; book review

Hello stemian good evening, I already finish read this..and I want to share this to all of you..this story is so beautiful and you can relate this story and also you can learn a lot from this story..

I Love You Since 1892 or imply known as ILYS1892 is a Filipino Wattpad story written by Undeniably Gorgeous. ILYS1892 is a historical fiction that tells the adventurous tragic love story of Juanito Alfonso and Carmela Montecarlos.

I Love You Since 1892 was all about a spoiled brat girl from the future named Carmela Isabella from the rich hierarchy of Montecarlos . Little did she know, after she visited her grandmother Carmina in their blood line’s mansion, she found out that she had her Great Grandmother who looks exactly like her which is Carmelita Montecarlos. Carmelita Montecarlos was the youngest sibling of their late Great Grandmother back to the old days. According to her grandmother Carmina, their late great grandmother died in an awful way. She drowned herself in the pond because of it’s miserable love affair with one of the richest person in their town named Juanito Alfonso, because during at their wedding day, he was shot by an unknown gunman. After finding out about the story of her late grand mother, her youthful journey starts to become historically magical.

ILYS1892 is totally one of my favorite stories in Wattpad. Despite of its cliché story, the author still managed to have lots of plot twists which made me in love with the whole book. I also love the growth of each characters in the story especially Carmela Isabella. What I also love about the book, is it’s historical fiction that’s why the author keeps on feeding the readers historical events that happened in our country which was sometimes not taught in our school. Choosing the historical fiction genre was a great move for her because as a reader, I love reading books that tackles historical events from the past.

As the story goes, it made us realized that love has no boundary. No matter how hard the situation is, if you really love someone, you will fight for them no matter how much it cost you, be it your life or not. Loving someone to the point that you don’t want to lose them is a really hard situation when destiny is against you. This story is truly a tearjerker because of its lots of shocking and breaking events. I wish they could publish an English version of this story so other people especially in foreign countries were able to read this amazing story.
