The Diary Game Season 3 (06-02-2021) | Productive Day!

The rain has stopped! I had a glimpse of the sun today and it felt good! I went to our laundry area and checked if they had dried up, there were still a few which needs time but I felt glad that I could free up some spaces.

For Matti's breakfast, he had champorado! The night before, I realized it's been a while since Matti had his dark chocolate porridge so I decided to make one for him. This is a simple one to make as I just have to blend some whole rolled oats as the base, then added water, brought it to boiling point then added the tableya. No sugar at all, sometimes I add full cream milk but today, we skipped that too.

Then while Matti was having his nap, I made my June 1 diary game article. I am glad that I have a new template now for June, I decided to change my templates every month! I also notice that it is easier to really write my diary game during the day but again, it's challenging when the baby wakes up.

Matti woke up at 11:30 AM, I let my husband hold him while I prepare for his lunch. Our house helper saved some pork soup and pechay for him but I also prepared mango pancake for him which he liked a lot! He ate most of it.

During the afternoon, Matti napped for a bit, he woke up for some reason while I was still making some entries for an online blogging site. I carried him and rocked him back to sleep and glad he went back to sleep but then he woke up again as soon as I put him down. Something's bugging him perhaps.

It was already four in the afternoon when he won't sleep back and my mother asked for him so I let her carry Matti and look after him while I was hanging my newly washed laundry which I placed in the washing machine after lunch. My mother and Matti were out watching for birds! Matti can recognize birds, dogs, turtles and other animals now.

It's good to see the laundry basket empty now!

As for dinner, I cooked white sauce pasta for Matti. While our house helper cooked pancit for our prayer meeting this evening.

Then our churchmates came and we had our weekly prayer meeting here at home. I was partnered with our pastor's wife, we prayed together for our brothers, our health, our church, and the entire country. Then we ended the night with some snacks like chiffon cake, banana bread, pancit and paired them with hot chocolate and soft drinks. I regret not taking photos of the food though.

Today's tasks which I added on my journal had been mostly ticked off and I felt truly productive!
