#BurnSteem25 | 👉🏻#Club5050: The Diary Game | A Nerve-Racking Day With My Vertigo
Good day, Steemians. I hope you are all enjoying your day. Being back here to share my day with you is truly amazing. I sincerely hope you enjoy reading my diary.
I tossed and turned in bed last night because I was having trouble falling asleep. I went to bed around 12 a.m. because I needed to talk with my daughter. I awoke around 6 a.m., exhausted, and my vertigo had returned. It's a sunny morning, and I'm supposed to wash some clothes that have piled up in the hamper or go grocery shopping. But none of those activities are appealing to me. Then I decided to do some light stretching to perk myself up.
After a few stretches, I prepared breakfast for the three of us (my son, mother, and I). This has become my daily routine. Every morning after prayers and exercises, I take a bath before performing housework and other tasks, as well as plan my day. I spent few hours cooking our breakfast and lunch at the same time to save gas, feeding my son, eating our breakfast and giving my son his maintenance medicines, cleaning the house, washing light clothes, and bathing my son. I took my maintenance medicine for vertigo and hypertension as well. My morning, on the other hand, went satisfactorily.
It was still too early to prepare lunch, so I fiddled with my crochet organizer and came across my undone mesh shorts. I sat beside my son's bed, continuing to crochet what remained to unfasten. I'm almost finished with half of it. I checked the time on the wall and realized it's time to get ready for lunch, so I put it back inside the organizer.
As we had a full breakfast meal in the morning, I only made a vegetable salad with fried prawns, a dip, and fruits. My son enjoys this type of food, as does my mother, who also enjoys vegetables.
I gave my son a half-bath after lunch while Mom washed the dishes. I let my son's hair dry before we took a siesta (afternoon nap). I awoke at 4 p.m. to start boiling water to sterilize my son's feeding bottles. Following that, I prepared our dinner. We always eat dinner early so that my son can sleep on time.
At 6:00 p.m., we finished our dinner. Before taking a bath, do all of the laundry and cleaning. I checked all the doorknobs and checked my phone for important messages, which I promptly answered. It was a nerve-racking day because my vertigo is still bothering me.
