Don't work hard but work smart What is the difference between them? Well, let me share it using my activities today. Good evening my steemian friends allow me to differentiate them.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WORK HARD AND WORK SMART?

As, you all probably know I am currently connected to one of the public schools in Cebu, therefore as a teacher loads of work is innevitable, but why is that I'm still having so much time doing extra curricular stuff? The answer is simple by working smart.

When you work smart, you are not only saving time but you are also saving the energy. How? The answer is to organize, facilitate,lead and prepare. When you have these characteristics your are working smart. When you do, you are not only giving some time to enjoy your self for doing what you love and less stress and your outlook in life is full of positivity and hopes.

Working hard is not bad, however, working hard may be stressfull, you may also lost your track when you are bombarded with loads of work and you may also be in confusions when your superior asks you something urgently.In addition, at the end of the day, you will no longer find time to do the stuff you love doing because you are exhausted so you only wish to eat and go to bed, then wake up, work go home and the cycle continues. This is totally depressing.

Why work hard , when you can eventually work smart right? Besides working smart also means time management, you can prepare your favorite meal in the morning for lunch and do also have a part time living outside the school campus. Am I tired? No, I am not tired I still have so much time to enjoy my favorite movies on netflix.

My dear friends, take my advice work smart and never let a dull moment happened in your life. Pamper yourself by doing what you love even on weekdays.
