Hello, friends! I just want to share and flex my bedroom which I personally customized and just want to talk about the color pallette, theme and the things of my room. So, basically this is just a room tour blog. I know this is strange because I don’t see any post in our community about this kind of thing. But please allow me to do this. This just for fun.

The Bed

I bought my bedframe at Mandaue Foam for 16,000 pesos. It has two drawers where I put my extra bedding’s and pillows as well as my other art materials. The size of my bed is just double/twin. For now, this bed is very spacious for me alone, but this will be just enough if I already have someone beside me. The foam is dewfoam that is 6 inches thick, just enough to have a relaxing and a good night sleep after a long day. I always make sure that my bedsheet is the same with my pillowcase and my blanket. So, that is why I buy sets, not piece by piece.

I also placed my essentials on top of my headboard because they are important for a 33 year old man who now experiences back pains body aches and many more. I have here my Omega Pain Killer Liniment, Vaporin Refreshing Oil for headaches, Eyemo for my eyes, Lanbena Hair Growth Essential Spray, and my eyeglasses case.

My Accent Wall

This is my accent wall. I personally painted this wall. I watched YouTube videos to see how this one is done. First, I painted the wall white. After the white paint dried, I added this 3-D looking designs or patterns. Voila! I already have this nice looking accent wall.

On this wall, I also installed my resistance bands. These resistance bands are used for my simple, not so daily workouts. I bought this exercise equipment in Shopee. I really hope that I can discipline myself more and use this equipment on a daily basis for my physical health.

My Curtains

This is my grey colored curtain which is one of my favorite features in my bedroom. I need to purchase around six sets of these curtains to cover my window. The curtain rod is not the usual curtain rod because I used a regular water pipe for this because I don’t think the regular curtain rod can carry this heavy curtains. Although this one is expensive for me but I really chose to buy this because I want to have a bedroom that looks similarly close to a room in a hotel. Who doesn’t want to have a comfortable life and a peaceful rest at night, right? I am flattered if I am called ambitious although it sounds negative in bisaya, “Ambisyoso!”. I tent to give a translation of the word or give its synonimous word like “A dreamer”. That’s me being proactive and positive in this life.

My Hanging Bookshelves

Now let’s talk about my hanging bookshelves. I manually constructed this bookshelves by myself. I was inspired by my girlfriend to make a bookshelf because she is a wide reader and I was thinking that she could place her books in this bedroom then we will be together. But, I am also are reader but not as wide as her. So, since I do not have a lot of books yet, I just bought thes storage boxes to occupy the soaces because this looks very pale if it is empty. I also put here my favorite art materials so that when I want to draw or paint something, I can access them immediately. I also have here my camera case and my other essentials.

My Cabinet, Working Table, and TV

Now these are my cabinets. This stores my clothes, just clothes! I have two cabinets but they are actually not full, they are just there to complement the bedroom and maybe for my future wife’s clothes in the future. I am planning to take out my old clothes to give some space.

Now, let’s talk about my TV. I crazily put my iPad sticker on this TV, although it’s really an LG TV, because I was bored and I didn’t know where to put the stickers on. This is a very old TV, not a SMART TV also, I just placed it here in my bedroom because I already bought one for the living room. But this one is useful because it has an HDMI port where I can connect my laptop to it to watch Netflix and Youtube, and also to have a better audio for my laptop because my laptop’s speaker is not working anymore. I also watch exercise videos here and listen to music here so it’s really useful.

Finally, let’s talk about my working table. Like my bookshelves, I also made this on my own. My table is made from 3/4 thick plywood and a brown paint. It has a huge drawer where I put my skin care essentials and some of my ready-to-use art materials. On this working table I also placed here a little shelves with my drawing papers, bondpapers and a printer on top of it for work purposes. Under the table I have here my stool, laundry basket , and trashcan. This is the area where I shoot my art videos for youtube and tiktok.
