7th Moving up Ceremony in Mactan National High school is special this year because after the virtual moving up for the previous years the students can finally get to meet and greet their classmates. I miss my interaction with my students, seeing their faces listening to me when I discuss, getting confusions in the lesson and even laughing at my jokes.

These are my students for this school year 2021-2022, I consider this kids the most responsible ones at this modular class set up. They are the ones who replies my chats and answers my questions. A lot of my grade 10 students choose to work and study at the same time. Some of them work as a construction worker, a helper in a store of fast food restaurant and others work as stay in workers.

Seeing these kids finally finishing junior high school makes me the proudest, honestly a lot of them can not sumbit on schedule and sometimes can hardly pass at all but whenever I hear their reasons it melts my heart and sincerely asks their subject teachers to give them a chance.

Hearing them say thank you ma'am is enough for me. As we have our moving up mass and with the ceremony I can not contain my happiness.

Honestly I hate getting attached to my students, it breaks my heart letting them go but as they say some things are not meant to be kept, there are things you need to let go in order to grow.

Soon when time comes I'll be seeing them again and I will be the proudest. I am so happy being able to experience face to face moving up after having virtual moving up without meeting my students. Hopefully this will continue.
